Here are the recipes of two healthy drinks called

  1. Adrenal-Ade and
  2. Alkaline Water

These powerful, natural homemade drinks can boost your immune system, help detox your kidneys and liver as well as supporting your adrenal glands and balancing your alkaline PH levels.

If you're feeling that you need a bit of a detox or you're wired and tired, these beverages are just for you.

As well as supporting your adrenals...

  • changes your body PH to a more alkaline status
  • includes important minerals and nutrients
  • increase your phase angle (cell health)
  • vitamin C boost
  • healthy body detoxifying and cleansing
  • gives you more energy

The Adrenal Drink Recipe

Please note: this is not the Master Cleanse or the Lemon Flush. They have a different protocol and amounts of ingredients.

  • filtered water
  • pink salt - use a pinch or two or three, to taste. I always use Premier Pink Salt from Premier Labs,
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice - use a few drops or half a lemon or the whole lemon juice, to taste. Before squeezing, clean the skin 
  • maple syrup to taste (optional. I don't usually use it)

How To Make Adrenal-Ade

  1. get a cup, mug or jar
  2. add in your freshly squeezed lemon
  3. add in the pink salt
  4. add in your filtered water
  5. stir
  6. drink now or sip throughout the day
  7. make another one

How To Make The Alkaline Drink

  • filtered water
  • PH Minerals - I like using Premier Labs, PH Minerals
  • Sodium Bicarbonate
  • Potassium Bicarbonate
  • monk Fruit to taste. I love it.
  1. get a cup, mug or jar
  2. add in your filtered water
  3. add 2, 3 drops of monk fruit.
  4. add a quarter teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
  5. add a quarter teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate
  6. stir
  7. drink now or sip throughout the day
  8. make another one
