Think Of Something You Love To Do...

  1. Just for a minute or two, really think of things you love to do or that you used to love to do, even as a child.. Write them down. 
  2. Think of things that make you happy, joyful, exciting, calming, strong, healthy and free.
  3. Once you've written one or two or more down, take another minute or two and think about one or two of them. 
  4. Maybe you can visualize and pretend to be doing those things you love to do, right now.
