Cholesterol Hormone

The truth is, we cannot live without the Cholesterol Hormone. It's so important to our health and long life.

Another truth is, most of our cells naturally produce cholesterol.

All the latest scientific research studies show that cholesterol from our food does not alter our blood levels.

This vital hormone is used by the body to communicate between cells and to transport key molecules.

It also forms the structure, integrity and strength of the cell membrane.

The brain and nervous system uses about 25% of the available cholesterol to allow it to do its many operations, especially keeping the myelin sheath that coats the nerves healthy.

To show you the importance of this hormone, a fast-growing, breast-feeding baby absorbs nearly 100% of the cholesterol from the mother's milk for its overall development.

Science research studies also show that cholesterol is extremely needed for efficient brain function, memory recall and other important cognitive and thinking skills.

Other than our brain, the adrenals, thyroid and sex glands use a large amount of cholesterol for their healthy functions. Other organs linked with cholesterol health are the liver and gallbladder.


Cholesterol And Stress

Stress hormones are made out of the cholesterol hormone, so when we get stressed, cholesterol production is increased.

With mind stress comes free radicals which means more cholesterol is needed by the liver to deal with them.

The answer is not to reduce the cholesterol levels using chemicals and medications, but to go to the cause, which is usually an overload of mind stress.

Cholesterol is connected to other hormones, such as pregnenolone, progesterone, DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, insulin and cortisol.


Signs And Symptoms Of Cholesterol Hormone Imbalance

  1. weight issues, usually weight gain
  2. heart disease
  3. blood pressure abnormalities
  4. digestive problems
  5. feeling tired and fatigued
  6. mood fluctuations and behavior issues
  7. depression
  8. irritability and anger
  9. unable to focus and concentrate
  10. memory recall issues
  11. muscle pain
  12. sleep pattern issues and insomnia
  13. breathing issues
  14. body goes into or is already in the stress-response
