My Daily Mind Health Routine

Here is my easy-to-do daily mind health routine.

I've included all the links for you to click on for guidance and coaching on each technique and exercise.

You don't have to follow this daily mind health routine exactly, if you don't want to, or cannot due to time or enjoyment factors.

But, you can modify and choose which of the mind power techniques you want to practice and use the one's that work for you.

This daily routine had proven to stop and eliminate mind stress, negative thoughts, anxiety, depression, worry, fear and overwhelm in my own life.


My Daily Mind Health Routine Starts Before Breakfast

For 10 to 15 minutes before breakfast or sometime in the morning before my day gets going, I practice my Mind Wellness Technique.

I also easily incorporate and blend the following two exercises into it as well...  

  1. Power Bubble
  2. Mind Mentor

Once you have the Mind Wellness down, try it and you will see how you can enhance your experience.


Breakfast

At breakfast, I make sure I sit down and put my phone away. I focus totally on the food or smoothie I'm enjoying...


After Breakfast, Sometime In The Morning

Now, I focus for just a few minutes to train my brain to go in the direction I want it to go in.

I pick six to nine empowering words, emotions, feelings that I want to experience for today by performing the following exercise...

I will most times incorporate the following techniques to really solidify and anchor these words, emotions, feelings into my subconscious mind so that I automatically can experience them...

  1. Write affirmations using the words I've chosen
  2. Anchoring The Words, Emotions, Feelings
  3. Tapping Them Into Your Subconscious
  4. Future Life Progression

Mornings, Between Breakfast And Lunch

During this time, I do a quick mind check, tuning into my minds thoughts and ask the question...

"does any mind stress come up? Do I feel anxious or maybe experience negative thoughts?"

If so, I practice one of more of the following exercises from my daily mind health techniques...


Just Before Lunch

First, I take just a quick 5 minutes before lunch and practice Mind Wellness.

Secondly, once again, I focus for just a few minutes to train my brain to go in the direction I want it to go in.

I review the six to nine empowering words, emotions, feelings that I chose from earlier in the day, just after breakfast.

Again, I will do one or more of the mind power techniques from earlier to really solidify and anchor these words, emotions, feelings into my subconscious mind - affirmations, anchoring, tapping or visualizing the future.


Lunchtime

At lunch, I make sure I sit down and put my phone away. I focus totally on the food or smoothie I'm enjoying...


Afternoons, Between Lunch And Dinner

During this time, I do a quick mind check, tuning into my minds thoughts and ask the question...

"does any mind stress come up? Do I feel anxious or maybe experience negative thoughts?"

If so, I practice one of more of the following exercises from my daily mind health techniques...

I also will take just a few minutes and go for a walk in the fresh air. If I have the opportunity. I will take off my shoes and socks and walk on the earth in bare feet. Learn how to ground yourself.


Just Before Dinner

First, I take just a quick 5 minutes before dinner and practice Mind Wellness.

Secondly, once again, I focus for just a few minutes to train my brain to go in the direction I want it to go in.

I review the six to nine empowering words, emotions, feelings that I chose from earlier in the day, just after breakfast.

Again, I will do one or more of the mind power techniques from earlier to really solidify and anchor these words, emotions, feelings into my subconscious mind - affirmations, anchoring, tapping or visualizing the future.


Dinner

At dinner, I make sure I sit down and put my phone away. I focus totally on the food or smoothie I'm enjoying...


Evening, Between Dinner And Bedtime

Before bedtime, I practice one of the following meditations to help me relax my mind and body to experience a better, deeper nights sleep...


Bedtime

I practice my Mind Wellness technique that usually sends me off to sleep.
