Endorphin Hormone

There are nearly two dozen different endorphin hormone types, according to the latest science research studies.

Endorphins can be found anywhere in the nervous system, brain and pituitary gland.

The two most common ways endorphins are released into the body is either with mind stress or body pain. They are released to reduce the perception of stress and pain.

  • the feelings of joy and euphoria

  • release of sex hormones
