1 - Perfectionist

Turns their stress inward and is very self critical and self judgmental, as well as critical and judgmental to other people.

They become very busy, hyperactive and unable to focus their mind.


2 - Carer, Giver

Under stress, they become busier and want to please others is their main goal.

When their caring is not responded with kindness and acknowledgement, they can become angry and blame others as well as becoming controlling and making demands.

They can become disrespectful.

They can feel abandoned, shameful and not good enough.


3 - Performer

Wants to have a positive image of success and seeks approval from themselves and others.

These individuals are busy on having made accomplishments.

Will become inefficient by procrastinating and numbing themselves out. Can be susceptible to drugs and a workaholic.

Worry and fearful on what people think of them.


4 - Achiever, Romantic

mainly focused and thinking about the future.

Can become melancholy when not having what they want.

Difficult time in saying no, especially if they can manipulate others into loving them.

May feel empty inside. May feel trapped.

Codependent.
