I am both the subtlest essence and the all-pervading reality.

I am not this body that is subject to diseases and mental afflictions. I am not this body which is subject to birth, growth, old age and death.

Just as the beads in a mala are sustained by a thread, in the same way, all subjects, in fact all the world-systems, are threaded by Me - the Self.

There is neither I - in the form of the ego-sense - not others, but the Self alone exists. I am that Self. Whatever exists in the three worlds is like a wave in the Ocean of the Self.
