Focus And Memory Recall Technique

Learn how to empower and improve your concentration, focus and memory recall.

Mind stress has a massive impact on your ability to concentrate, focus and remember stuff. Many people frequently experience "brain fog." 

The following mind power technique will clear that fog away.

Doesn't really matter what age, you can always have a brilliant memory.

This mind power technique will also remove mind stress, increase your health, balance your hormones and emotions, and calm the overactive mind.


Focus And Memory Recall Technique Guided Imagery Script

  1. before you start this mind power technique, get a photograph or a picture of someone, something or some place
  2. bring this photo or picture with you and go to your place of peace where you will be alone and not be disturbed
  3. sit on a chair or on the floor with your back straight. Do not lay down
  4. place the photograph or picture in front of you so you can see details clearly, maybe on a table
  5. set a timer for fifteen to thirty minutes
  6. just sit there, being perfectly still for a few moments
  7. now, focus on your breathing
  8. as you breathe in and out of your belly, take a few moments just to watch and witness your mind, pushing away all thoughts from your mind, positive or negative
  9. as you keep breathing in and out, take a few moments and focus on your body and relax it by saying, over and over to yourself, "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed". "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed". "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed"
  10. now, when you feel comfortable, relaxed and ready, gaze at the picture very closely for a couple of minutes or so, taking note of any details you wish to focus on
  11. for the next minute or so, close your eyes and visualize the picture in your mind, and remembering some of the details
  12. open your eyes, and once again look at the picture, taking in the details
  13. for the next minute or so, close your eyes once again, and visualize the picture in your mind, and remembering the details
  14. open your eyes, and once again stare at the picture, taking in more details
  15. for the next minute or so, close your eyes once again, and visualize the picture in your mind, and remembering those details
  16. keep on repeating this closing and opening your eyes, memorizing details of the picture or photo several times until your timer goes off
  17. continue this Focus and Memory Recall Empowerment Technique for a week using a different photograph or picture, improving your concentration and memory. 
  18. The more you practice, the easier it will be to recall details.
