Here are several free time management tips, techniques and ideas and will create more time for you to do the things you love to do.
Your time is very valuable and precious. Don't waste it or allow anyone else to waste it.
Improve your time management skills, now. Just follow the steps below...
Time Wasting Activities - pay attention to how you spend each and every minute of your days. Ask yourself, "Is what I'm doing right now time wasting?"
Digital Device Advice - you may be shocked how much time you spend on your phone, computer and watching TV. Could you be using that time more wisely? Schedule time to check your emails and texts. Put your phone in a drawer out of sight for an hour or two.
Prioritize - make a list or two and prioritize each task.
Scheduling - don't rely on your brain to remember. Write your schedule out, Make it easy and simple. Use a personal digital assistant, calendar app, a three-ringed binder, or even Alexa.
Simple living high thinking - be free from mind stress, anxiety, worry and overwhelm, it's important to look at your daily life, recognize your exaggerated wants and needs and then get rid of them.
Mono-Tasking - studies now show that doing one single task at a time not only makes you more efficient but also is better for your body and mind health as well.
Procrastination - if you have something to do and can do it now, do it. Don't waste energy by putting it off for tomorrow or next week.
Say "No" - a lot of your time maybe spent committing to obligations that cause you overwhelm and resentment. Monitor your time and don't let others waste it.
De-Stress Your Life - find out how to practice removing unwanted, draining tasks, people, obligations and time commitments. Make you the center of your own universe by increasing the health of your mind, body and hormones.
Making Decisions - learn to make decisions in a timely manner. Then, you can move on to the next decision.
Pack Rat - do find you keep stuff, objects and unwanted paperwork? Go through it and throw it out.
Chunking - breakdown each task into smaller pieces over a longer period of time. This also avoids burnout.
