Future Life Progression Technique

Designing and creating your best life ever with this Future Life Progression Technique.

It's very simple to do and uses nature, laws of attraction and cause and effect in creating your affirming future life you want to live.

Remember, you get what you think about.


Future Life Progression Technique Using Guided Imagery

  1. before we start with the future life progression, we need to take a few minutes and start thinking about what it is you want to create and design for yourself for the future timeline we select.
  2. what is it that you really want?
  3. take as long as you want and start thinking about positive affirmations and images you want in your life in the next week...
  4. think about things
  5. think about people
  6. think about places
  7. and think about experiences
  8. once you have completed that, start thinking about what you want in your life in the next month...
  9. think about things
  10. think about people
  11. think about places
  12. and think about experiences
  13. If you want, you can imagine what you want in the next six months, one year, or more.
  14. just start thinking about any time in the future and what you are designing
  15. write what you want down. Whether its material, emotional, feelings, write them down and read it out loud.
  16. once you've done this, go to a quite place where you will be alone and not be disturbed
  17. sit on a chair or on the floor with your back straight. Do not lay down as this may make you to go to sleep
  18. if you want, set a timer for fifteen to thirty minutes
  19. just sit there comfortably, being perfectly still and breathe in and breathe out
  20. focus all your attention as you breathe in and breathe out
  21. now, for a minute or two, breathe in as you push your belly out and breathe out as you gently bring your belly back in
  22. breathe in, belly out
  23. breathe out, belly in
  24. then, take a few moments and watch and witness the thoughts coming up from your mind, spontaneously
  25. when you are ready, take a minute or more and focus your attention to push away or stop all thoughts, negative or positive, from your mind
  26. remember, you are the architect of your destiny
  27. notice these thoughts wanting your attention, but don't let them!
  28. the next step is to take a minute to focus on each body part in turn while repeating the following affirmations to yourself...
  29. "I am relaxing my jaw and face muscles. My jaw and face muscles are relaxing"
  30. "I am relaxing my jaw and face muscles. My jaw and face muscles are relaxing"
  31. "I am relaxing my neck and shoulder muscles. My neck and shoulder muscles are relaxing"
  32. "I am relaxing my neck and shoulder muscles. My neck and shoulder muscles are relaxing"
  33. "I am relaxing my chest and belly muscles. My chest and belly muscles are relaxing"
  34. "I am relaxing my chest and belly muscles. My chest and belly muscles are relaxing"
  35. "I am relaxing my whole back muscles. My whole back muscles are relaxing"
  36. "I am relaxing my arms, hands and fingers. My arms, hands and fingers are relaxing"
  37. ,"I am relaxing my legs, feet and toes. My legs, feet and toes are relaxing"
  38. now, using the power of your subconscious mind, read out loud or think about what you want to manifest in your life in one months time
  39. have a sense of a mental picture developing and visualize this place, if you will
  40. focus all your attention on this picture or movie and notice all the details in it
  41. is day time or night time?
  42. are you inside or outside?
  43. are you alone or with other people?
  44. what colors do you see?
  45. what sounds do you hear?
  46. as you focus on this image, recognize how you are feeling and remember it
  47. keep this image for as long as you want
  48. it's natural for you to think about your future and design it how you want it.
  49. now, again, using the power of your subconscious mind, read out loud or think about what you want to design in your life in six months time
  50. have a sense of a mental picture developing and visualize this place, if you have
  51. focus all your attention on this picture or movie and notice all the details in it
  52. is day time or night time?
  53. are you inside or outside?
  54. are you alone or with other people?
  55. what colors do you see?
  56. what sounds do you hear?
  57. as you focus on this image, recognize how you are feeling and remember it
  58. keep this image for as long as you will
  59. again, remember, it's natural for you to think about your future and create it how you want it.
  60. now, using the power of your subconscious mind, read out loud or think about what you want to manifest in your life in one months time
  61. have a sense of a mental picture developing and visualize this place, if you will
  62. focus all your attention on this picture or movie and notice all the details in it
  63. is day time or night time?
  64. are you inside or outside?
  65. are you alone or with other people?
  66. what colors do you see?
  67. what sounds do you hear?
  68. as you focus on this image, recognize how you are feeling and remember it
  69. keep this image for as long as you want
  70. now, read out loud or think about what you want to design in your life in one years time
  71. have a sense of a mental picture developing and visualize this place, if you will
  72. focus all your attention on this picture or movie and notice all the details in it
  73. what colors do you see?
  74. what sounds do you hear?
  75. is day time or night time?
  76. are you inside or outside?
  77. are you alone or with other people?
  78. as you focus on this image, recognize how you are feeling and remember it
  79. keep this image for as long as you will
  80. it's natural and easy for you to think about your future and manifest it how you want it.
  81. now, read out loud or think about what you want to design in your life in two years time
  82. have a sense of a mental picture developing and visualize this place, if you will
  83. focus all your attention on this picture or movie and notice all the details in it
  84. what colors do you see?
  85. what sounds do you hear?
  86. is day time or night time?
  87. are you inside or outside?
  88. are you alone or with other people?
  89. as you focus on this image, recognize how you are feeling and remember it
  90. keep this image for as long as you will
  91. now, read out loud or think about what you want to design in your life in five years time
  92. have a sense of a mental picture developing and visualize this place, if you will
  93. focus all your attention on this picture or movie and notice all the details in it
  94. is day time or night time?
  95. what colors do you see?
  96. are you inside or outside?
  97. what sounds do you hear?
  98. are you alone or with other people?
  99. as you focus on this image, recognize how you are feeling and remember it
  100. keep this image for as long as you will
  101. when you are ready, just turn back to your breathe and follow it as you breathe in and breathe out
  102. notice how you are feeling, right now
  103. what is the difference between now and before you started this future life progression?
  104. how did you do this?
  105. you can discover for yourself after and experience later, any time in your future re-live it all over again
  106. it's natural and easy for you to think about your future and manifest it how you want it.
  107. continue this Future Life Progression Technique for a week or until you find it's much easier to practice
