Guided Imagery Visualization Empowerment

Improve intuition and imagination with this Guided Imagery Visualization Empowerment Technique.

This mind technique using the power of your subconscious to create an imaginary scene that you have designed, in charge of and in control of.

It's common for people to just allow their mind to wander wherever it wants to go, and it usually takes them down a dark, shadowy road of negative and draining thoughts and feelings, such as worry, fear, anxiety, depression and overwhelm.

Using the Guided Imagery Visualization Empowerment technique, you take control of your mind, coaching and training it, telling it where to go.

This gives your mind power, helps to balance emotions and hormones, and calms the overactive, wandering mind.


The Guided Imagery Visualization Empowerment Technique Script

  1. start by going to a place where you will be alone and not be disturbed
  2. sit on a chair or on the floor with your back straight. Do not lay down
  3. set a timer for fifteen to thirty minutes
  4. just sit there, being perfectly still
  5. breathe in and out for a couple of minutes or so as you watch and witness the thoughts randomly coming up in your mind
  6. when you are ready, start pushing away or stopping all these thoughts from your mind that want your attention
  7. then, as you breathe in and out, take a few moments and focus on your body and relax it by saying, over and over to yourself, "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed". 
  8. "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed". 
  9. "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed"
  10. now, when you are ready, visualize in your mind a friend or family member, seeing them as clearly as you can
  11. pretend you are with your friend or family member and notice their face and their smile
  12. notice where you both are, if you are inside or outside
  13. is it day time or night time?
  14. what colors do you see?
  15. listen to the persons voice and how it sounds
  16. now, pretend to have a conversation with them and recall the conversation you two are having
  17. I want you to tell them an interesting story and see them get interested and light up and maybe laugh
  18. repeat this technique again, maybe with another friend or family member until the timer goes off
  19. continue this technique for a week improving your imagination and the spontaneity of your mind
