Prior to your visit, you will be asked to fill a general self-assessment questionnaire and identify your top three health goals.

During your consultation, I will explain a little bit about each area of the 5-Point Restorative Health Model and what you can personally do in each area to get started on living your best life ever.

First, we find out if your suffer from regular tiredness, fatigue and general low level of energy; sleep patterns; anxiety;pain; mood; digestive issues.

Second, we find out what your causes, signs and symptoms of mind  stress. You can do this now by clicking here - assess your stress.

A major part of your initial consultation will be an assessment of your individual situation and a physical assessment, measuring...
