Healthy Body Detox Guide

Before you read more on the healthy body detox cleanse, it would be a good idea to see what you are exposed to and how toxic you may be. Click here to assess your toxicity.

There are two parts to a healthy body detox...

  1. reduce your toxic exposures
  2. enhance your body's ability to eliminate toxins

Healthy Body Detox Guide

Probiotic - Kashaya Yogurt, fermented vegetables, Kombucha, MD Prescriptive's Purebiotic.

Enzymes - MD Prescriptive's Probiozyme.

Acid-Alkaline PH Levels - measure your PH daily. Best done on your first urination in the morning. Sometimes, I'll also measure my second urination as a comparison. Best if you're PH level is between 6.5 to 7.5. I use a digital PH meter. Don't use the strips as they oxidize and give you a false reading.

Adrenal-Ade - try for 100 ounces of purified water, a few pinches of Himalayan pink salt and fresh, organic lemon juice. Click here for details on the Adrenal-Ade and Alkaline Drink Recipes.

Healthy Sleep - insomnia and sleepless nights is a major problem. Wake up refreshed and balanced for life.

Filter Your Water - don't drink bottled water. It's the worst thing for your health. Recommended - I use a water filter system called  Berkey, one of the most tested, efficient and effective water filters on the market, today. It removes pollutants, contaminants, viruses, chlorine, PCB's, THM's, detergents, fluoride, heavy metals, like lead, mercury, copper, arsenic, aluminum, asbestos, bad taste, sediment and bad odors.

High Efficiency Particulate Air Filters (HEPA)

Electro-Magnetic Fields (EMF) - neutralize or replace smart meters and home EMFs. Use an EMF neutralizer for your cell phone. Unplug your WiFi at night.

Digital Device Detox - it's not just the EMF's attacking you, but also the constant texts, emails, facebook posts, noises, calls and more. Take some time each day to power your cellphone and computer down and put it away so they are out of your sight.

Fasting - intermittent fasting is a great way to help correct your digestive system imbalances, break unhealthy eating habits and for weight loss.

Household Cleaning Products And Detergents - which harmful one's do you regularly use. Replace them with natural, non-toxic substances - distilled white vinegar, baking soda, lemons, hydrogen peroxide, Borax. There are companies that do produce green cleaning products.

Skin Brushing

Cleanses - for the liver and gallbladder.

Coffee Enemas - for the colon.

Teeth - remove mercury fillings. Floss. Use Argentyn-23 and iodine mouthwash. Also, check out the Oil Pulling Technique for mouth, throat, tongue, gums and teeth detox.

Read Ingredients - food, cosmetic products and household products. Look for toxins, chemicals, additives and preservatives, and anything that doesn't sound natural.

Epsom Salt Baths - use six to eight cups of Epsom salts and soak for twenty minutes once to three times a week. Use a few drops of lavender if you want. Great for the mind for relaxation. Great for the body for detoxification.

Bed - the piece of furniture we use the most, but how toxic is it? What is your bed and pillows made of? What are we breathing in when we sleep?

Magnesium - helps in gut health and correcting constipation as well as supporting your muscles and nervous system.
