Body Measurements - phase angle (cell health), body mass index and weight. Other measurements, such as circumference of the upper arm.
Breathing - click here to watch a short video on the proper breathing technique for stress.
Healthy body detox - to help hormone health, do a cleanse of bottled water, processed foods, white flour, sugar, negative thoughts and people, toxic household, skincare products, electro-magnetic fields, anxiety and digital devices.
Restorative Exercise - rebounding, hatha yoga poses, Tai Chi. Ground yourself.
Resistance Training - helps with muscle strength and bone health.
Swimming - full body exercise with zero weight bearing wearing on your joints.
Walking - 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, working up to 7 days a week.
Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) - 3 times a week working up to 7 days a week.
Pain Management - massage therapy.
Epsom Salt Baths - use six to eight cups of Epsom salts and soak for twenty minutes once to three times a week. Use a few drops of lavender if you want. Great for the mind for relaxation. Great for the body for detoxification.
