Enzymes - MD Prescriptive's Probiozyme.
Acid-Alkaline PH Levels - measure your PH daily. Best done on your first urination in the morning. Sometimes, I'll also measure my second urination as a comparison. Best if you're PH level is between 6.5 to 7.5. I use a digital PH meter. Don't use the strips as they oxidize and give you a false reading.
Adrenal-Ade Recipe - try for 100 ounces of purified water, a few pinches of Himalayan pink salt and fresh, organic lemon juice. I also offer the alkaline drink recipe.
Filter Your Water - don't drink bottled water. It's the worst thing for your health. Recommended - I use a water filter called Berkey. It has ionic absorption, micro filters and is the most tested, efficient and effective water filters. It removes pollutants, contaminants, chlorine, PCB's, THM's, detergents, fluoride, heavy metals, like lead, mercury, copper, arsenic, aluminum, asbestos, bad taste, sediment and bad odors.
High Efficiency Particulate Air Filters (HEPA)
Electro-Magnetic Fields (EMF) - neutralize or replace smart meters and home EMF's. Use an EMF neutralizer for your cell phone. Unplug your WiFi at night.
Digital Device Detox - it's not just the EMF's attacking you, but also the constant texts, emails, facebook posts, noises, calls and more. Take some time each day to power your cellphone and computer down and put it away so they are out of your sight.
Fasting - intermittent fasting is a great way to help correct your digestive system imbalances, break unhealthy eating habits and for weight loss.

Epsom Salt Baths - use six to eight cups of Epsom salts and soak for twenty minutes once to three times a week. Use a few drops of lavender if you want. Great for the mind for relaxation. Great for the body for detoxification.
