When planning your time, it is important to remember you time is very valuable and precious. Focus on not wasting it or allow anyone or anything to waste it.
Remove time wasting activities - as soon as you notice any time-wasting activity, such as staring at your phone for hours on end, make it a priority to either cut out that action or at least start cutting it down. Always ask yourself, "Is this activity wasting my precious time?"
Procrastination - if you have something you can do now, just do it. Don't waste your precious energy putting it off for another day.
Organize and Prioritize - simply rate all tasks from 1 through 5. Write things down.
Mono-Task - not multi-task. Just do one thing, focus on one thing at a time.
Your Life Purpose - fill your life by doing things you love and enjoy doing. Ask yourself, "what gifts can I share with others?"
Digital Device Advice - they are taking over our lives. Use responsibly. Make time during the day to unplug.
Say "No" - you don't have to always say "yes" and overwhelm yourself with commitments.
Healthy Sleep - it's well-known that when you get tired during the day, you gravitate to time wasting activities. Get eight hours of solid sleep.
Mind Health - is what you get when you improve time management skills. The mind can be a bit time waster with all its thoughts. Now, you can learn Mind Power Techniques to stop and eliminate negative thoughts and anxiety.
