Latest research studies on memory loss causes find that it's not just people over 70 that suffer from memory loss and having problems focusing.
The research discovered that mind stress and multi-tasking means that Americans under the age of 40 also suffer from memory recall problems and staying focused.
They found that 27% of people between ages 18 and 40 complain of poor memory.
The study blames many things, but primarily cellphones, texting and computers preventing people from focusing and having adequate memory recall.
Stress - physical, mental and emotional stress and every day hassles can cause your energy tank to empty very quickly. This ongoing stress causes the adrenal and thyroid glands to stop functioning optimally. This resulting in improper amounts of hormones being distributed. When this happens, a variety of health issues arise, such as unable to focus on a task for very long, confusion, memory loss and feeling tired all the time.

Multi-Tasking - over-stimulates the brain and tires it out.
