This powerful technique is taking pauses throughout your day and making a quick, eyes open, on-the-go, self-assessment of your thoughts, feeling and emotions.

Why Is The Mind Check Technique Special

It easily and quickly allows you to determine your thought patterns, positive or negative, and change them so you don't just remain in the lower vibrational, negative, draining thought loops.

When you remember, tune into your thoughts and see where they are taking you.

Then, ask yourself - do I want to change these thoughts?

If you do, then...

  1. focus your attention at your breathing. Allow your breathing to go into the belly
  2. Once you are breathing into the belly, focus your awareness on your heart region
  3. Think about feelings of appreciation, kindness and genuine connection to others
  4. send out these heart qualities and feed the field with them
  5. repeat this Mind Check Technique several times a day.

Mind Check Technique Benefits

  • stops cravings in their tracks
  • allows you to take control of your thoughts and where it goes
  • stops the subconscious habit of doing something without thinking, like lighting up a cigarette or automatically reaching for a cookie, for example
  • allows you to have a choice - "do I still want to think that thought or experience that feeling or shall I choose another thought or feeling which is more positive, energizing, healthy and empowering"
  • train your brain to choose uplifting thoughts, emotions and feelings
  • breaks addictions
  • removes mind stress
  • starts to dissolve negative thoughts, like anger, worry, depression, overcome anxiety, overwhelm, being on-edge and fear
