Controlling your body makes it much easier for you to control the mind. This techniques gives you more health and energy, removes stress, balances your emotions and calms the overactive mind.

Guided Imagery Script For The Mind Control Your Body Technique

  1. to start, go to a place where you will be alone and not be disturbed, like a room or a quiet place outside
  2. sit on a chair or on the floor with your back straight. Do not lay down
  3. set a timer for fifteen to thirty minutes
  4. just sit there, being perfectly still and do nothing
  5. try not to move at all
  6. focus on different parts of your body as you relax and make your muscles loose and limp
  7. you can allow your mind to think anything it wants for a while
  8. keep focusing on different parts of your body as you relax and make your muscles loose and limp
  9. keep noticing how you can keep your body still and quiet.
  10. when you're ready, focus on your breathe going in and going out for a minute or two
  11. now, when you breathe in push your belly out so the breath fills the lungs completely
  12. when you breathe out, gently bring the belly back in
  13. repeat this breathing for as long as you can
  14. breathe in, belly out and breathe out, belly in
  15. breathe in, belly out and breathe out, belly in
  16. Keep noticing how you can control your mind by making your body still
  17. even though you may want to get up, just sit there for the allotted time
  18. continue this mind control your body technique for a week or until you are in full control of your body and you can do this at will
