Even though we all have the same 24 hours of time in a day, under even mild mind stress, we perceive time differently to when we are relaxing.

Under stress, there's not enough time. When relaxing and doing something we love to do, there's all the time in the world

Here, I'll coach you through some easy mind power techniques, guided imagery and mindfulness exercises to help you de-stress, prioritize your time into a healthy balance with all the other 13 key areas of your life.
