The relationship between your mind health and time perception is easy to see, and we've all experienced it.

Even though we all have the same 24 hours of time in a day, under stress, we perceive time differently to when we are relaxing.

Under stress, there's not enough time. When relaxing and doing something we love to do, there's all the time in the world

Here, I'll coach you through some easy mind power techniques and mindfulness exercises to help you prioritize your time into a healthy balance with all the other 13 key areas of your life.
