It's Helping My Social Anxiety

I found your Web site on the internet, Scott.

I have, or used to have, very severe social anxiety.

I've been practicing your techniques and nutrition advice for about a month, now. And it's really helping me.

My anxiety is much less. I've been going out more and meeting family and friends, and going to classes I'm interested in.

I've changed my diet to cut out white flour and white sugar, like you said and that's helped my digestion and hormones.

The breathing has really helped as it calms me down.

There are a ton of techniques here, and I encourage and recommend visitors to the Web page to check them out.

I Love This Road!

Scott -- I love this visualization so much and I had an absolute blast!

It was easy to heed the call and forego the one-way street because the other road was filled with all of my friends, dogs, healthy snacks and one- and two-seater dune buggies.

As I traveled up the sunny road I picked up more and more friends with their dune buggies.

One of my dogs was in my passenger seat! :) My friends and I laughed hysterically as we raced upon sandy paths.

Once we stopped, we ate yummy fresh fruit, veggies and hummus while overlooking Big Sur.

The sun was vibrant and the breeze was delightful and cooling.

What's not to love about that road?

I will gladly travel down it time and time again.

Results that I never thought I would achieve

This whole process of first trying the plate diet for about six months and then going on to do two rounds of HCG over the span of a year has given me results that I never thought I would achieve.

While certainly challenging and tough, this hormone HCG diet regimen has been super effective.

Prior to trying HCG, I tried several other diet and exercise plans that really didn't work for me at all.

Under SaJune's and Bridgette's guidance, I lost a total of about 95 pounds.

Throughout this process, I not only lost the weight I never thought I would lose but also gained an understanding of how to eat in a way that is healthy for my body and my individual metabolism.

I have found a nutrition and lifestyle plan that works best for me and allows me to feel nourished, energized, and replenished.

This lifestyle change is the biggest thing that has stuck with me throughout this process.

Autogenic Relaxation For Sleep Video

Hi Scott. I've been having issues falling asleep, and when I do, I wake up around 4am. Very frustrating.

I've been practicing a couple of your techniques on your Web site and they seem to be helping.

The main one I've been using for the past couple of weeks is the Autogenic Relaxation. I do it while I'm in bed and it really helps me fall asleep and sleep longer.

I'm hoping if I keep practicing it will help me even more.

I'd never heard of Autogenic before.

Mind Power And Heart Coherence Works!

When your group started and continued to go into meditation, by breathing, relaxing and focusing, everyone's heart went into a coherent state.

This is called personal heart coherence.

I can measure that with the biofeedback software I have in my SaJune Medical Center office.

Also, anyone can buy an app that does it too.

Because you all were in a group, everyone's heart connected creating what we call social coherence. HeartMath institute can measure this happening.

When you do this for a while, everyone's heart connects to everyone's heart in the world - called global coherence. Also can be measured.

For example, at the beginning of your class at school, if you got everyone to breathe, relax and focus, everyone's heart will synchronize, creating a powerful heart coherence throughout the class.

Benefits....

when they did this breathing, relaxing and focusing exercise every morning in a school in Liverpool, England, they found that students were able to learn more quickly, easier concentration, less disturbances in class and everyone was much calmer.

Tranquility, Letting Go & A Sense of Peace!

I must confess that prior to me embarking on Scott's techniques I was feeling overwhelmed and feeling quite emotional and unfocused.
