Mind Power For Change Technique

Watch the video below for the Mind Power For Change Technique video using guided imagery scripts.

  1. Stop the negative, draining thought, feeling, sentiment, emotion, habit.
  2. Suppress it, don’t focus on it, and make it disappear out of your mind.
  3. Substitute it for an energizing thought, feeling or new behavior
  4. Sublimate to make it automatic and natural by repeating the first 3 steps.

Mind Power for Change Guided Imagery Script

  1. just pretend for a moment you're having a situation where you are feeling a draining emotion or feeling, such as worry, anxiety, irritation, impatience, fear or overwhelm
  2. you can also think of another negative emotion that comes to your mind
  3. now, using this specific mind power sequence, use the first "S" to Stop it
  4. once you've done that, quickly use the second "S" to Suppress the feeling by moving it out of your mind for a moment, and maybe do something, like go to the refrigerator and get a drink of water
  5. as you're drinking the water, use the third "S" and Substitute that negative feeling with something positive and energizing, such as peace, calm, appreciation, patience and happiness
  6. the more you practice and repeat this technique the more it will become automatic and natural for your subconscious mind to do, which is the fourth "S" of Sublimation
