Mindful Thoughts Create Purpose

Train your brain for Mindful Thoughts Create Purpose guided imagery script.

This mind power technique uncovers and acts upon an affirmation, goal, desire, idea, mission and even your life purpose.

The Mindful Thoughts Create Purpose Technique also engages and specifically directs the subconscious mind to use the power of intuition, courage and the faith factor.

It must be understood that every intention or project in life, and that includes our life purpose, always starts in the mind with the power of thought.

As our mindful thoughts create purpose, it increases our health, positive attitude, balances emotions and hormones, and calms the overactive, thinking mind.


Guided Imagery Script For The Mindful Thoughts Create Purpose Technique

  1. start by going to your peaceful place where you will be alone and not be disturbed
  2. sit perfectly still on a chair or on the floor with your back straight. Do not lay down
  3. set a timer for fifteen to thirty minutes
  4. just a couple of minutes, focus on your breathing - breathe in, belly out, breathe out, belly in
  5. Then, softly switch your focus to the thoughts of your mind that want your attention
  6. Spend a minute or two pushing away or stopping these thoughts, whether they are positive or negative
  7. when you are ready, breathe in and out as you relax your whole body, saying to yourself a few times, "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed". "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed". "I am relaxing my body, my body is feeling relaxed"
  8. now, in your own time, read the following out loud or to yourself, over and over for about a minute
  9. "my intuitive knowledge is my power, not my intellect" 
  10. "my intuitive knowledge is my power, not my intellect" (repeat over and over)
  11. "my intuitive knowledge is my power, not my intellect" 
  12. "my intuitive knowledge is my power, not my intellect"(repeat over and over)
  13. now sit quietly for about two minutes and have a sense of the vibration of these words to resonate in your mind and through your body
  14. next, read the following sentence out loud or to yourself, over and over for about a minute
  15. "I am brave, courageous and supported in my purpose" (repeat over and over)
  16. "I am brave, courageous and supported in my purpose" (repeat over and over)
  17. again, sit quietly for about two minutes and allow the vibration of these words to resonate in your mind and through your body
  18. next, read these words out loud or to yourself, over and over for about a minute
  19. "I have total belief and faith in my purpose" (repeat over and over)
  20. "I have total belief and faith in my purpose" (repeat over and over)
  21. again, sit quietly for about two minutes and feel this vibration of these powerful words resonate in your mind and through your body
  22. continue applying this mind technique for a week, allowing your subconscious mind to gain power, courage and faith in any task you do
