Relaxation On Demand

This Relaxation On Demand Technique increases your ability to focus the power of your mind within your own self.

This proven exercise also introduces you to the power of words and positive affirmations.

The best part of the Relaxation On Demand Technique is that you will train your brain.

You will be teaching your subconscious mind to automatically, naturally and easily relax and calm your body whenever you want it to.

Plus, it will help in reducing and removing mind stress and pain as well as increase your heart health, blood flow to all your muscles, brain and nerves.

When this happens, your health and energy increase, hormones and emotions start to balance out and the overactive mind will start to become calmer and more relaxed.

What is mind stress?


Relaxation On Demand Guided Imagery

  1. start by going to a place where you will be alone and not be disturbed
  2. sit on a chair or on the floor with your back straight. Do not lay down
  3. set a timer for fifteen to thirty minutes
  4. just sit there, being perfectly still, breathing
  5. focus your attention on your breathing in and out
  6. for about a minute or so, push your belly out as your breathe in and gently pull your belly in as your breathe out
  7. when you are ready, watch and witness your mind
  8. for a minute or so, start to push away all thoughts, negative or positive ones, from your mind that want your attention
  9. now, shift your focus and fully pay attention on your jaw and face, and relax them
  10. say to yourself, "I am relaxing my jaw and face muscles. My jaw and face are feeling warm"
  11. "I am relaxing my jaw and face muscles. My jaw and face are feeling warm"
  12. then, focus all your attention on your neck and shoulders and relax them.
  13. say to yourself, "I am relaxing my neck and shoulder muscles. My neck and shoulders are feeling warm and loose"
  14. "I am relaxing my neck and shoulder muscles. My neck and shoulders are feeling warm and loose"
  15. next, focus all your attention on the front of your body and relax your chest and belly
  16. say to yourself, "I am relaxing my chest and belly muscles. My chest and belly are warm and relaxing"
  17. "I am relaxing my chest and belly muscles. My chest and belly are warm and relaxing"
  18. then, focus all your attention on the back of your body and relax your back and spine
  19. say to yourself, "I am relaxing my all my back muscles. My whole back is feeling warm and my spine are relaxing"
  20. "I am relaxing my all my back muscles. My whole back is feeling warm and my spine are relaxing"
  21. next, focus all your attention on your arms, hands and fingers and relax them
  22. say to yourself, "I am relaxing my arms, hands and fingers. My arms, hands and fingers are feeling really warm"
  23. "I am relaxing my arms, hands and fingers. My arms, hands and fingers are feeling really warm"
  24. next, focus all your attention on your legs, feet and toes and relax them
  25. say to yourself, "I am relaxing my legs, feet and toes. My legs, feet and toes are feeling really warm"
  26. "I am relaxing my legs, feet and toes. My legs, feet and toes are feeling really warm"
  27. once you've completed this, go back to #1 and start again  at the jaw and face
  28. keep cycling through relaxing your muscles and repeating the positive, relaxing affirmations until your timer goes off
  29. continue this technique for a week or until you find it much easier to relax your whole body and focus your mind
