Guided Imagery Script To Access Your Happy Memories 

  1. to start, get yourself comfortable while reading this guided imagery script
  2. when you are ready, focus all your attention as you breathe in and breathe out
  3. as you breathe, soften your eyes, relax your jaw and shoulders
  4. just keep breathing for a few moments
  5. now, by accessing and using the power of your subconscious mind, think of a place or a time in your life that you really enjoy, that makes you happy and relaxing
  6. have a sense of a mental picture developing and visualize this place, if you can
  7. focus all your attention on this picture or movie and notice all the details in it
  8. is day time or night time?
  9. are you inside or outside?
  10. are you alone or with other people?
  11. what colors do you see?
  12. what sounds do you hear?
  13. as you focus on this image, recognize how you are feeling and remember it
  14. keep this image for as long as you want

What Does The Revivification Technique Do?

At, it means choosing a specific memory to remember and immerse yourself in.

For example, thinking about and remembering a time in your life when you were really happy, feeling strong and feel and having a sense of calmness.

Once you start spending just a minute or two, more time is better, you start to bring those feelings you have with that particular memory, alive, right now, in the present moment.

You access your subconscious mind for the memory and keep accessing it as you stay focused on the memory and feeling the feelings associated with it.

Once you have this, those feelings of happiness, being strong, healthy and calm, you can use for something else.

For example. I'm not very confident when I have to take a test. So, I remember a specific time in my life when I really felt confident. 

I remember every detail and spend a few minutes reliving it.

Now, I feel the confidence and I can now apply this to test taking.

This technique is about your mind choosing and focusing on a specific memory that gives you the feelings, emotions and sentiments you want to feel.

Once you are feeling these feelings, then you can use them as a conscious mind resource and apply it to other experiences.

For example. If I want to be strong mentally for a specific reason, then I spend a few minutes choosing a memory I have in my subconscious mind when I experienced mental strength in my past.
