Creating Your New Mind Health Habit

Using the video above, write the words down or type them into your phone. Carry them with you and read them throughout the day.

Feel free to add more words.

Combining the power of words, positive affirmations and the law of attraction, all you have to do is focus on each word for about 17 seconds to a minute.

With each word or phrase, go back into your memory and remember a time when you are feeling and experiencing it, right now.

This memory can be from childhood, all the way up to yesterday.

As you think about this memory you've recalled,  just notice the difference you feel now compared to how you felt earlier.

Make it a point to remember this feeling.

And the more you remember, the more it builds and gets stronger.

Do this technique to each word in turn.

Make notes, if you want, to really get it into your subconscious mind.
