Just for a minute or two, really think of things you love to do or that you used to love to do, whether it was yesterday or even as a child.. Write these down. 

Think of things that make you happy, cheerful, joyful, exciting, calming, strong, healthy and free.

Once you've written a couple of more down of the things you love to do, have another few minutes and really think about one or two of them. 

Maybe you can imagine, visualize and pretend to be doing those things you love to do, right now.
