Second, we use my Healthy Living Guide to find out which of the 14 key areas of your life you feel you are dealing with the most stress and you want to improve upon.

Third, we'll uncover all the stress triggers and your typical responses and reactions to mind stress.

Fourth, is to solidify your top 3 goals and stress management priorities.

Customized to your needs, I offer nearly 40 mind power techniques, instructional videos, mindfulness exercises and guided imagery scripts.

We will develop and discuss your personalized stress management strategy and action plan based on the information from your consultation form. 

We will introduce you to the proven and practical stress management techniques that are in your plan and show you how your life, health, and wellness can be better when you properly manage stress.
