Mind Stress

Due to the Heart-Brain communication mechanisms, the cardiovascular system greatly contributes to setting your baseline or set-point of how we notice our mind stress levels.

For example, when someone goes through a stressful issue for a period of time, the amygdala determines this is now familiar and resets the baseline.

This is why when a SaJune patient is monitored by the HeartMath biofeedback software, such as the Inner Balance app, it shows considerable incoherence, stress and imbalance even when the patient seems relaxed and calm. 

This also explains why patients don't feel they are stressed and in an incoherent pattern, even when their labs and doctor observations say they are, because now, that is their new baseline. 

HeartMath Institute studies prove that the patient can reset their own baseline by regularly practicing heart rate variability techniques. SaJune, for example, instructs patients in these mind power techniques.
