I've listed the subconscious mind versus conscious mind side-by-side. This way it's easier to compare the differences between the two.

It's important to remember that if you want to change something permanently in your life, like a habit or create a new healthier behavior, it has to be done at the subconscious mind level.

So, baring that in mind, during a life skills and holistic health coaching session or a stress management session with a patient, it's important to move the conscious mind away and directly access and expand the subconscious mind.

This is done here using mind power techniques, mindfulness meditation exercises and guided imagery scripts
