Triple Warmer Meridian Technique

By balancing, energizing or sedating Triple Warmer Meridian, you can help in removing mind stress, anxiety and negative thoughts, as well as keeping your mind calm, body and hormones healthy.

This Chi energy channel is also known as Triple Heater, Triple Burner and the San Jiao meridian.

You have two of these meridians, one on each side of the body, just under the skin.


How To Sedate/Calm The Triple Warmer Meridian

gently place your finger tips...

  1. at the temple, just outside or lateral to your eyes
  2. trace from your temple and around the back of the ears
  3. go down the side of the neck
  4. across the top of the shoulders
  5. trace down the back of the arm
  6. and down the back of the hand
  7. as you end at the ring fingers
  8. keep repeating 1 though 7 above for five to ten minutes
