What is mind stress? - it's a vicious cycle.
It drains away your health, hormones and nutrients, and leads to more mind stress.
Stress is the mental, emotional and physical strain that's a direct response to the pressures of mental, emotional and physical pain, worry, anxiety, difficulties, struggles, irritations of life and negative thoughts.
The pressure of stress can have both short and long-term effects on your overall health.
Almost anything can create mind stress in a situation and does not always have a negative impact.
Many people seem to do well with stress and it seems to keep them motivated by the new challenges.
The problem lies with the level of stress exceeds one's ability to cope and deal with the stress, and we don't recognize it or aware of it happening in our day-to-day lives.
There's good stress and there's bad stress. However, chronic, long-term mind stress can have serious adverse effects on your body health, hormones, nutrition and overall well-being.
Long-term stress effects your mind, creating feelings of overwhelm, impatience, worry, but also loss of memory recall and problems focusing for periods of time,
Long-term stress effects your body resulting in heart issues, high blood pressure, adrenal fatigue, pain, digestive issues and more.
Your hormones get thrown off. Stress hormones are released instead of the happy hormones, such as oxytocin, endorphins and serotonin.
Stress comes in many forms. Your daily, normal routine could be stressful along with pressures of money, family and other responsibilities.
Moving house, getting a divorce or a health challenge and life changing situations, positive or negative, can create stress and its signs and symptoms.
Traumatic stress, like experiencing a natural disaster, car accident, war or an assault, even if not life threatening results in the mind and body going through its stress-response.
