You Get What You Think About

The mind power technique you will experience here is called the You Get What You Think About Technique.

Where attention goes energy flows

This mind power technique trains your brain by using several different elements and laws; cause and effect; law of attraction; intention, along with the positive affirmations.

It's a fact, like it or not, you get what you think about.


The Guided Imagery Script

  1. start by going to a peaceful place where you will be alone and not be disturbed
  2. sit perfectly still on a chair or on the floor with your back straight. Do not lay down
  3. set a timer for fifteen to thirty minutes
  4. for a few moments, just watch your breath go in and out
  5. Then, for about two minutes, begin belly breathing - breathe in belly out, breathe out, belly in
  6. when you're ready, gently change your focus to your mind thoughts and watch them all trying to get your attention
  7. in your own time, start to push these thoughts away out of your mind, positive ones and negative ones
  8. then, for about a minute, relax you whole body, saying to yourself a few times, "I am relaxing my whole body, my whole body is feeling relaxed". "I am relaxing my whole body, my whole body is feeling relaxed". "I am relaxing my whole body, my whole body is feeling relaxed"
  9. now, when you are ready, read the following quote or saying out loud or to yourself, over and over for about one minute
  10. "I am getting what I think about" (repeat this over and over)
  11. "I am getting what I think about"
  12. "I am getting what I think about" (repeat this over and over)
  13. "I am getting what I think about"
  14. now sit quietly for about two minutes and have a sense of the vibration of this quote resonate in your mind and through your body
  15. "I am getting what I think about"
  16. next, read this next quote out loud or to yourself, over and over for about a minute
  17. "I am always attracting the essence of my thoughts" (repeat this over and over)
  18. "I am always attracting the essence of my thoughts" (repeat this over and over)
  19. again, sit quietly for about two minutes and allow the vibration of this saying resonate in your mind and through your body
  20. next, read this next quote out loud or to yourself, over and over for about a minute
  21. "I am using the power of intention, so I am attracting" (repeat this over and over)
  22. "I am using the power of intention, so I am attracting" (repeat this over and over)
  23. again, sit quietly for about two minutes and feel this vibration of these powerful words resonate in your mind and through your body
  24. continue this multi-mind technique for a week, attracting the things, people and places you want in your life
